Shipping & Pick-up Information
Currently, our logistic partners are Champ Courier and Borzo Delivery (former Mr. Speedy).
You will receive a notification from our Logistic providers that your package is on its way to your address. However, you must keep your line open for our logistic partners will contact you on your delivery day.
Scheduling request are not available due to the delivery of orders depends on the availability of merchant and courier's schedule. If you're unsure on receiving the delivery yourself, you can ask someone you trust as a representative on paying and receiving orders on your behalf to ensure successful of deliveries.
Unfortunately, Obanana is not offering this option and you can only receive your orders on the addresses you set up on your Obanana account.
Payment
Currently, we accept Dragonpay, Paymaya, Bank transfers (BDO), Check Payment (BDO), . We also accept Cash on Delivery.
You can use your Paymaya account to pay your orders by inserting your Paymaya card details on the Paymaya checkout page once you choose Paymaya as your payment option on Obanana checkout page.
For Dragonpay, please choose Dragonpay at checkout and select the payment method you prefer and follow the payment instructions to pay for your Obanana orders.
Yes you can. Choose Cash on Delivery on the checkout page and wait for our logistic provider to receive the payment and hand over your orders.
Orders & Returns
a. Search and look for the item you want to buy.
b. Click on the product you want to buy and click “Add to cart”.
c. Once you’re done shopping, click the cart icon and review the items in your cart that you wish to buy.
d. Once finalized, click “Checkout” and proceed for payment.
e. Input delivery information and choose payment method.
f. Once done with the payment, a confirmation will appear that your order has been successfully placed.
You need an Obanana customer account in order to purchase the items you wish to order.
Once you place an order, you cannot edit or change your order. You must request for a cancellation at support@obanana.com and order the item you want to obtain.
